The rooms were wonderful, complete with an iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. Had a walk-in shower. It was located in a pretty comfortable area close to the town centre.

The kitchenette and shower room were nicely laid out, and the wooden decor gave the space a cozy, forest-like feel. We appreciated the eco-friendly touches, like the provided shower soaps and shampoos, and the host's efforts to make the place environmentally friendly. The shower waterfall was amazing, and we enjoyed cooking breakfast and making cappuccinos with the fancy coffee machine. The studio had all the necessary amenities, WiFi, Alexa, and even Netflix TV. Its central location and free parking made it an ideal place for a short stay in the area. We would definitely book again!

it is a great option for accommodation in a peaceful location with a lovely garden, close to the city center and conveniently near the train station, with an exceptionally comfortable bed allowing for a refreshing sleep.

The studio offers an unbeatable and excellent setting in a back garden and is so close to the center of Newmarket, restaurants, and a forest.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to All Saints Church, and the place was near the town center yet in a quiet area, meeting all my needs for a stay here again.

Staying at this place was a great choice for my trip to Newmarket; I was really happy with my stay and everything met my needs—I would definitely go back.
